By booking an appointment or purchasing any product from That One Tattoo Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

2. Services

We provide professional tattoo services, mobile tattoo sessions, and downloadable digital artwork. All services are subject to availability and require prior appointment and/or payment as outlined on our booking platform.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. We follow all local health regulations and require clients to disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their tattoo session. We reserve the right to refuse service if health risks are present.

5. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of appointment.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content created by That One Tattoo Studio are the intellectual property of the studio and may not be reused, sold, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for adverse reactions, healing complications, or dissatisfaction with tattoo outcomes resulting from improper aftercare or failure to follow provided instructions.
