Terms and Conditions

  1. All deposits are 35% of the total cost of the order before discounts and are non-refundable unless booking is canceled no less then 5 business days ahead of time ( That One Tattoo Studio business hours are Monday to Saturday 10am to 8 pm) Holidays not included.
  2. Appointments recheduled within 48 hours of date and time will have the deposit carried over.
  3. If the artist of That One Tattoo Studio must cancel a booking a full deposit refund will be given.
  4. You must be over 18 years of age to receive services at That One Tattoo Studio and must show proof of age when asked.
  5. That One Tattoo Studio will not share any personal information with a third party. All Information given will be for administrative use at That One Tattoo Studio only and to contact you if needed.
  6. That One Tattoo Studio own all rights to any design made by its artists.If you would prefer the design you want to not ever be used on someone else you may purchase your design from That One Tattoo Studio. The cost will be added to your final bill and you will have full rights to your design.
  7. That One Tattoo Studio requires a respectful non violent environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone breaking that rule towards the artist or other clients. If your tattoo is not yet finished and you break this rule you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
  8. Prices are determined by hours, design and all other creative factors. Once you and your artist have confirmed the price of your service that price is no longer negotiable.
  9. By confirming a booking, you hearby agree you have read, aknowledged and agree to all the terms and conditions as laid out above.
